Refund & Cancellation Policy — Off The Edge
Change of mind
Tickets aren't refundable or exchangeable for change of mind, including if you can no longer attend, change your plans, or don't like the weather.
Ticket transfers
Can't make it? Tickets can be transferred to another person free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Email sentdownunder@gmail.com with your order number and the new attendee's name. Tickets must not be resold above face value.
Weather
Off The Edge is an outdoor event and runs rain, hail or shine. For athlete and spectator safety, competition rounds may be delayed, shortened, reordered or modified on the day because of wind, swell, lightning or other conditions. These changes are not grounds for a refund.
If the competition can't go ahead at all on the day but the event site stays open, we'll offer all ticket holders a partial refund or a credit toward the next Off The Edge event.
If the event is cancelled
If the event is cancelled for any reason, including weather, safety or a direction from authorities, you can choose either:
- a full refund of the amount you paid, to your original payment method, or
- a ticket to the next Off The Edge event.
- We'll email all ticket holders with instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request.
If we reschedule the event
If we move the event to a new date, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, you can request a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
Entry conditions
Entry may be refused, or you may be removed, for breaching the conditions of entry (including bringing alcohol, failing ID checks, or unsafe or abusive behaviour). No refund applies in these cases.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
